- Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current billing period.
For annual subscriptions:
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not accessed more than 10% of the premium content.
- Partial refunds may be issued on a prorated basis within 30 days of purchase.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
Digital Content and Guides
- Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for downloadable guides, e-books, and other digital content are only available if the content has not been downloaded or accessed.
- If you experience technical issues that prevent access to the content, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement at our discretion.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Market Analysis Reports
- Refunds for market analysis reports are available within 3 days of purchase if you have not viewed or downloaded the report.
- No refunds will be issued after the report has been accessed or after the 3-day period.
One-on-One Consultation Services
- Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation.
- A 50% refund is available for cancellations between 24-48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- No refunds are available for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- If you are dissatisfied with the consultation, you may request a partial refund within 48 hours after the consultation has taken place. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Educational Courses and Webinars
- For pre-recorded courses, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course.
- For live webinars, refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- No refunds are available once a live webinar has begun or concluded.
